Join us for this one day training!
Get Connected is a health & wellness program geared towards individuals coping with mental illness. This one day workshop will provide the ultimate how-to on developing the Get Connected program. You will learn about the philosophy of the program and how to replicate it for your treatment population. All aspects of the program will be covered, from attendee recruitment and engagement through graduation. You’ll leave with the materials and support necessary to start your own Get Connected program. Participants are encouraged to conduct at least one class in the next calendar year and are expected to consult with MHAFC’s Get Connected facilitator.
