Anxiety Peer Support Group

Co-sponsored by Concord Counseling, the Anxiety Peer Support Group is an opportunity for people who live with various levels of anxiety to come together and find some relief. It’s almost always reassuring to know that others feel the same way you do, and to hear what they’ve found helpful, or unhelpful. Please feel free to come to group and share—or just listen—as we discuss the ups and downs of living with anxiety and how to make the most out of life. Christina Morgan, Case Manager with Concord Counseling, will facilitate the meeting and provide a safe environment within which group members can make connections and learn from each other. We’re grateful to the Community Housing Network for allowing non-residents to join its residents and use their beautiful community room for this meeting.
