Learn How to Manage Physical Health when Dealing with a Mental Illness
Get Connected is a fun and FREE 6-week program that will put you in charge of your health and wellness and help you learn to better manage your mental health.
As a participant, you will receive a free workbook on these important topics:
- Eating Well
- Active Living
- Chronic Illness
- Beyond GC
Classes last two hours and are open to 10-15 participants. Healthy snacks and chances to win gift cards and other prizes are included! Graduates receive a certificate of completion. Attend at least 4 classes to graduate. Final class is a celebration and includes a FULL MEAL!

Healthy Habits is a drop-in style group that uses elements from our Get Connected program to help you reach your health related goals through peer support. Offered at both east and west locations of The P.E.E.R. Center, this group is perfect for those who have completed the Get Connected program, those who are waiting to start a Get Connected program, or those who just want to build some healthy habits.
