Introducing POEM: Perinatal
Outreach and Encouragement for Moms
MHAFC and POEM have
joined together to offer new programs designed to support maternal mental
health. As of January 1, 2013, POEM—previously an independent non-profit
organization—will continue as a program of Mental Health America of Franklin
County. Services include Mom-to-Mom support over phone, email or in groups;
information, resources and referrals; and access to medical and
